LOOK STELAS I AM POSTING YOU CAN STFU NOW.

First, stuff I've grabbed from the past few weeks' rankings!

SOU IRO

Fffff this song. Some of the comments in this video are "Meiko Master" and I can't help but agree. IT TAKES A LOT OF SKILL TO GET MEIKO TO SOUND GOOD and ShigotoshiteP manages it amazingly (there were two producers in this, one for each Vocaloid). Luka is wonderful, too, and the song itself is a gorgeous earworm that I could have on loop for hours.

CRIMSON CAMELLIA

An amazing Piapro collaboration. Delicious Luka Engrish + kickass guitar + really pretty PV = YES. Too bad only one singer has actually covered this, because while her pronunciation is good, her singing is... not quite to my taste. :|a I'LL JUST HAVE TO KEEP ON THE LOOKOUT.

RINASCITA ~HAJIMARI NO UTA~

Delightful MeikoxKaito duet of the "HOLY SHIT SOMEONE MADE THEM SOUND REALLY GOOD" kind. And now that I'm looking at it, ha ha, ShigotoshiteP strikes back, no wonder. I'm heading straight to his My List after I'm done with this post because damn this guy is good at working with Vocaloid 1. Oh rofl, he's also responsible for Tsugai Kogarashi, I am officially A Fan.

Now, for the fancovers!

TENGAKU [VIVIAN]

This is a really awesome cover for a really awesome song. Vivian's voice has improved a lot recently (not that it was ever bad, mind you), and she hits all of Rin's high notes here with no effort whatsoever.

KODOKU NO HATE [KUSHI]

Stelas pimped this before! And while I'm not exactly Kushi's biggest fan, her cover of this song is really really great. Kodoku No Hate seems to be one of those songs that all male singers and their fathers want to cover, so finding an actual good female version amongst an ocean of testosterone is really refreshing. ♥

NTS: Next update must contain at least ONE Gumi song, fffft. /o\
