TAG CLEANUP AND CATCHUP

Since we somehow hit 100 tags already we're going to stop tagging individual songs unless they come up more than once or are particular favorites because otherwise we'll reach like a billion tags and Livejournal will bomb us off the site. Also, this way we can have more stupid tags. Instead the 'general linkdump of songs' will be represented by the amazingly erudite and well-thought out 'linkdump' tag.
