Getting this up here while he's still relatively "new" to the Vocaloid scene. From what I've read, he only started producing with Vocaloid in May this year, but he's managed to assemble quite the fanbase already. All of his songs so far are with Miku, which would normally make me go :/ but he is pretty good at tuning her and his songs are just so amazing it really doesn't matter in the end.
Hachi's songs are all stories. Happy stories, sad stories, scary stories... and with the exception of Ohime-sama Wa Denshion De Nemuru, all of the PVs are illustrated by him. The neat thing about his videos, though, is the... man, I'm not sure if it counts as kinetic typography, since the writing does move, but it's not just that. He uses the kanji to illustrate/narrate what is being sung and just fjjfgjkdg. ♥
